Do you offer a warranty on your gift baskets?
We feel you'll be very happy with our products, because we make sure they're top quality, but if you receive a damaged product, we will issue a credit.
A "Damaged Goods Claim" must be filed with the shipping carrier, and you will need to contact us by e-mail or in writing within 3-days of the original shipment date of the order.
Note: A return credit cannot be given without being pre-approved from Best In Gift Baskets. Call or e-mail us to get this approval first. (956-607-7937 or support@bestingiftbaskets.com).
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, so be sure to inspect your package at the time of delivery and keep the original shipping box.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.
How do you ship and how much does it cost?
Shipping is currently calculated at a fixed rate for each item ordered. (For example: If you order two Baby Bouquets, your shipping charge will be $10.50 x 2 = $19.90 for total shipping.)
Most items have 4 options for shipping: Ground ($10.50) takes 3-5 business days, 3-Day ($29.95) usually takes 2-3 business days, 2nd Day ($59.95) takes 2 business days, and Next Day ($79.95) is 1 business day.
All orders will automatically calculate the Ground shipping cost of $10.50, unless you click on another shipping option.
Our fresh roses have the shipping costs built-in to the price that's offered, so be sure to look at that. You don't pay any extra shipping for our fresh rose selections.
If your order is placed before 2:00 p.m. EST on a Business Day, it should ship on the same day. (A Business Day is from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). If the order is shipped after 2:00 p.m. EST on a Business Day, your order will ship on the following Business Day.
We mostly use UPS to ship. Sometimes, we may use other shipping methods, if it is more expedient.
Do you collect sales tax?
Yes, Texas State law requires us to collect sales tax on all gift items delivered within the state of Texas at a rate of 8.25%.
This is calculated at the checkout section of the buying process.
Where can I send my gift basket?
We deliver our gift baskets to the United States, APO/FPO boxes.
You'll need to contact us about addresses to APO/FPO boxes before you purchase. (956-607-7937 or support@bestingiftbaskets.com).
(Contact us for shipping prices to Alaska and Hawaii, which are substantially higher in cost).
*(Please be sure you have the correct address for shipping information, because we are charged a $10.00 fee for incorrect addresses by UPS, and this will be passed on to you if a mistake is made).
We do not recommend that you send your gift baskets to a hospital due to the fact that your gift may not arrive in time, and your recipient may have already been discharged, so we do not deliver to hospitals.
We'll do our best to see that your gift is sent properly if we're given the correct address. Thanks for your help!
Do you sell or release my personal information?
We will not sell or release your information to anyone. We respect your privacy.
Occasionally, we may send you an e-mail regarding a special promotion that we're running, but you can tell us to remove you from our mailing list by sending us an e-mail to unsubscribe at any time.
